Three sessions at $200, $300 and $500, with planning help on location, wardrobe and timing included.
What does an engagement session include?
Time, edited photographs and a gallery. The Sweetheart Session at $200 is up to an hour and at least 35 edited images. The Story Session at $300 is up to two hours, 50 or more images and content creation. The Forever Session at $500 is an extended session across multiple locations with 75 or more images and priority editing, so sneak peeks arrive within a day.
All three come with a full online gallery. The bigger the session, the faster it lands: 2 weeks for the Sweetheart, 1 to 2 weeks for the Story, 7 to 10 days for the Forever.
How much help do we get planning it?
Planning is included. Melody advises on location, wardrobe and timing, by phone or in person before the session. Granite outcrops at sunset appear often in her portfolio; city settings and other locations work as well, and the planning call is where the choice is made.
Is it part of our wedding booking?
If you book the Signature Collection ($850) or the Complete Collection ($1,000), the engagement session is already included. With the Essential Collection it is a separate booking. The session also works as a rehearsal: by the wedding day you have already worked with her in front of the camera. More on that on the wedding page.

How much is an engagement session with Melody?
Three sessions: the Sweetheart at $200 for up to an hour and 35+ edited images, the Story at $300 for up to two hours and 50+ images, and the Forever at $500 — an extended session across multiple locations with 75+ images and priority editing.
How long does an engagement photo session last?
Up to one hour on the $200 Sweetheart Session and up to two hours on the $300 Story Session. The $500 Forever Session is an extended session with time to move between more than one location, which is the one to choose if you want two different looks.
Do you help plan our engagement session?
Yes. Planning help is part of every session: location suggestions, wardrobe guidance and a timeline built around the light, so the session runs to schedule. Questions can be handled by phone or in person ahead of the date, and nothing is left to chance on the day.
When will we get our engagement photos?
Sneak peeks within 48 hours on the Sweetheart Session, 24 to 48 hours on the Story Session and 24 hours on the Forever Session. Full galleries are delivered within 2 weeks, 1 to 2 weeks and 7 to 10 days respectively, all in a full online gallery.
Is an engagement session free with a wedding booking?
It is included with two of her three wedding collections: the Signature at $850 and the Complete at $1,000. Book either one and the engagement session is part of the collection; with the $700 Essential Collection it is a separate session from $200.
